D-TRUST GmbH is a trust center with tradition. Founded in Berlin in 1998, this wholly owned subsidiary of Bundesdruckerei is the only German trust center authorised to perform sovereign tasks. The development and marketing of high-security products for the electronic signature are carried out in Bundesdruckerei's high-security value printing building.

As D-TRUST is in a position to offer the whole range of legally defined types of certificates customer requirements can be satisfied in a very flexible way.

D-TRUST is a member of the Signature Alliance, the T7, the association of all accredited trust centers, TeleTrusT and BITKOM. Furthermore, D-TRUST is also actively involved in many different standardisation committees.

We offer our customers tried-and-tested, interoperable signature products. It goes without saying that we focus on open, standardised interfaces. We were among the first to implement the international Common PKI standard.
